Year-to-date growth across the total U.S. nationally is +4 percent, with the Northeast growing even faster at +10 percent. The organic shopper has proven themselves to be a health-conscious consumer that is very loyal.

Key organic potato segments driving growth YTD 2024 that EarthFresh will be showing at the show include:
Organic baby potatoes: a quick-cooking bite-sized option, is the fastest growing segment at +16 percent
Organic microwavable baby potatoes: an even more convenient option for time-starved consumers. This option is ready in just 5 to 6 minutes with an even more attractive promotional price point
Organic Fingerlings: a specialty item that offers a unique nutty umami flavor to elevate any plate.
Organic Yellow potatoes: the most versatile organic potato offering. This segment accounts for over 33 percent of the growth in organic potatoes
Organic sweet potatoes: currently growing +9 percent nationally and 19 percent in the Northeast
At the show, EarthFresh will look to establish strong retailer relationships by not only highlighting its full year-round organic program but also its ability to leverage key consumer insights, through Nielsen data, to build an effective organic strategy for each retailer.
